Cinematic Wedding Video

If a picture is worth a thousand words, then a video is worth a million. This is an example of GX Media's "Cinematic" Wedding videography style which is far different than your traditional wedding video. Director Brian Greer told Emily & Erik's story in a fast-paced music video montage set to one of the bride's favorite songs. This spirited short film truly captures the essence of the bride and groom's relationship and serves a lasting reminder of just how much in love they were when they were young.

A Walk In The Park

This is a short film by my friend Erik Hutson entitled "A Walk In The Park." I helped out on the post-production end, including scoring the film, sound editing, opening title design and editing suggestions. Shot over two days in the Smoky Mountains, "A Walk In The Park" was an entry into the 2009 Secret City Film Festival's 7-Day Shootout. The thriller was written and directed by Erik Hutson and shot in high definition.

This website is basically an archive of my entire professional life; and also, why this blog is named what it is.

Stop by and check things out sometime.

Non Returning Status: Natti Love Joys

Non Returning Status is a project that began as a photo journal by George Washington Rogers, IV documenting the life and spiritual philosophies of the Natti Love Joys, a reggae band living in the mountains of East Tennessee. The project has since developed into a complete multimedia experience, including over one thousand photographs taken over the course of three years, a series of videos documenting the lifestyle and spirituality of the band, and music by the Natti Love Joys themselves. Please check out the official website for more information.

Check out the “Non Returning Status” entry on the official GX Media website.
